SHIPPING POLICY
This non-profit is run on a volunteer basis, most volunteers are Smokejumpers first which means initial attack firefighters who can be dispatched to wildfires at any given moment. Shipments will be sent out at the earliest possible time but may take a few days to get out the door. We use USPS Priority Flat Rate shipping to be as transparent as possible with shipping costs. Once shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Most packages take 3-5 business days to arrive.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it.
